Shipping

Shoes that are marked “in stock” ship from our atelier in Greece within 2-3 business days.

Shoes that are not in stock and need to be pre–ordered take 30-45 days to be produced and will ship at that time.

European delivery costs 20 Euros for countries in the EU and the expected delivery time is 2-5 business days for shoes that are marked “in stock”.

USA, Mexico & Canada delivery cost 30 Euros and the expected delivery time is 3-5 business days for shoes that are marked “in stock”.

International delivery for the rest of the world costs 45 Euros and the expected delivery time is 3-6 business days for shoes that are marked “in stock”.

The shipping costs of the international shipping companies by Greece are extremely high and not relevant to the shipping costs from other markets to Greece. Therefore our company absorbs a significant part of the shipping cost of DHL but still applies a shipping cost.

The Company cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control (ie. earthquakes, strikes, etc.) .

The preferred method of shipment is ELTA Courier and DHL for Greece and DHL for International dispatches.
The method of payment on receipt “antikatavoli” is only applicable on Greek territory. The cost of “antikatavoli” is 3 euros. “Antikatavoli” is not applied for DHL shipments neither for shoes that were not in stock, custom made or sur mesure orders.

Returns Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. Special orders, shoes that were not in stock, custom made and shoes “sur mesure” can not be returned.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags or special sealing attached and the original branded boxes and dust bags included. The branded box should be placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on our precious shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • In order to get your refund for any returned item, you must remember to enclose the original receipt into the returned package. Otherwise Exchange of a purchased item can be made only for the same item in a different size and-or color depending on availability.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

  1. Sign into your account and under My Orders, find the order number and select the Return option.
  2. Click on the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason of return. If you would like to exchange an item, choose your replacement size.
  3. Tick the box to agree with our Return Policy and click on the NEXT button.
  4. Please make sure that all fields are accurate and press COMPLETE RETURN.
  5. You will receive an e-mail including your returns instructions.
  6. Lastly, you will receive an order confirmation, justifying this change.

Once your return arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 80 hours to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.

 

Receiving a refund

  1. Sign into your account, go to Order History and locate the item/order you wish to return or part-return and under My Orders, find the order number and select the Return option.
  2. Click on the item(s) you wish to return and select the reason of return Does not suit/ Do not like .
  3. Tick the box to agree with our Return Policy and click on the NEXT button.
  4. Please make sure that the request is accurate and press NEXT button.
  5. Kindly check that all fields are accurate and press COMPLETE RETURN.
  6. You will receive an e-mail including your returns instructions and confirming your request.

Once your return arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 80 hours to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.

 

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items.
Please note:

  1. The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
  2. The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
  3. The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
  4. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, for all purchases made on raniakroupi.com the signature of the client is a mandatory (or of an adult nominated representative) . All orders are delivered by DHL or Elta Courier and DHL for Greece and if necessary with another shipping company. The courier may require the person who collects the package to show his/her ID. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package and no communication, the package may be returned to the Company. The Company will try to contact the client and to re-ship the package.
